General House Rules

01 Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
02 No smoking or vaping inside the house.
03 No pets allowed.
04 No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
05 Please treat the fireplace(s), grill, and fire pit with care. No unattended fires, and no fires outside of the designated fire pit.
06 Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Parking & Vehicles

Parking, ATVs & Snowmobiles

01 Two spaces available in the heated garage, and plenty of driveway parking available. No street parking please.
02 Trail access for ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles allowed from the driveway and HOA roads — please stay on marked/groomed trails and/or roads per Forest Service, Fremont County, and HOA guidelines. No motorized vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles, are allowed on any part of the property except for the driveway and garage in order to prevent damage to our well and septic system.
03 No RVs, campers, or tent camping are allowed per HOA rules.

Centennial Shores HOA

Community Guidelines

White Pine Lodge sits inside the Centennial Shores subdivision, and guests are expected to follow the community's rules.

01 SPEED LIMIT – The speed limit on all roads around Centennial for all motor vehicles, including ATVs, dirt bikes and snowmobiles is 25 mph. Many joggers, bikers and pedestrians use these roads frequently, so please be extra cautious, especially around intersections.
02 QUIET TIME – Please be considerate of others at all times by keeping excessive noise down from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
03 PARKING – All vehicles must be parked on the homeowner’s property, and not on any other private property or public roadway. Boat ramps are for loading and unloading watercraft only. Docks are for Day Use only. Parks are only for members and guests of members. Please haul all trash and help keep our parks looking nice. Additional parking or storage of trailers, boats, etc. can be parked at our locked/fenced area. All homeowners should have an access key.
04 FIRE SAFETY – Fireworks are not allowed in Centennial or national forests. Fires and Fireworks are inherently dangerous, especially in grassy areas, and can cause serious bodily harm, property damage and wild fires. All fire pits should have plenty of distance from flammable materials.
05 SECURITY – Centennial is a gated community for the security of all residents. It is the responsibility of each property owner to provide access to their family members, guests and any contractors performing work on their property. Gate access is only available through the use of the authorized key pad. Anyone damaging the gate for any reason will be liable for the damages.

06 NO TRESPRESSING – When walking or using ATVs, bikes, snowmobiles or other vehicles, please stay off of neighboring driveways or property. Traversing any properties other than the Centennial roadways is trespassing.
07 HUNTING/SHOOTING – No hunting or shooting at anytime.
08 GARBAGE – Keep all garbage and coolers stored in an enclosed area. We have many wild animal species and an occasional bear in Centennials and we don’t want to create a problem by leaving garbage and coolers out where they can be raided.
09 WINTER SNOWPLOWING – The professional snow removal equipment can be seriously damaged if anything is left on the roadway, such as a block of wood, construction debris or tie downs and chains. Please be sure to remove all debris from all driveways and parking areas. Snowplowing of driveways is the responsibility of the homeowner.
IF WE WILL ALL OBSERVE THE GOLDEN RULE, IT WILL HELP MAKE OUR CENTENNIAL EXPERIENCE SAFER AND MORE ENJOYABLE FOR EVERYONE!
